Anti - Corruption: Message from Chairman and CEO

The Board of Directors of Hana Microelectronics Public Co., Ltd. realizes the importance of good corporate governance including environmental and social responsibility which is contributed to sustainable growth for the benefit of all stakeholders. The company is committed to doing business with integrity and transparency through its anti-corruption policy. The company has jointed Thailand’s Private Sector Collective Action Coalition Against Corruption (CAC) with the objective to support the Coalition against Corruption aiming to counter corruption in any forms.

All directors, executives, and employees of the company shall strictly conform to the anti-corruption policy as those principles are our tools in the fight against corruption, and expects stakeholder participation and the extent of implementation of anti-corruption which will lead to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
